Hello, my name is Jennifer Rosa, I live in the Massachusetts in the United States and this is my aunt Ana Mitchell. she has been missing since 9pm Friday September 30th. I am worried because she is in a wheelchair and can’t really fend for herself due to her Spinal Muscular Atrophy. she left without her wheelchair charger and medications which worries me because ther is a chance she might be stranded somewhere of getting sick. idk. lat time I spoke with her was 1am on 10/1/11 and she said she’ll be home soon but she never came. I spent until 8:30 am waiting at her house but she never showed up. We got an anonymous tip that she has left the state so PLEASE even if you DON’T live in Massachusetts, if you see her please contact your local police or if you see her and she needs help please do so..I’m not asking for money, I’m just asking for help to find her.

we got a tip saying that she might be with her abusive boyfriend that tried to kill her 10 months ago so now I’m REALLY WORRIED….I just want her back idw her to wind up back in the hospital like she did last time she was with him. I’m trying to contact the Media so they can spread the news faster but IDK how to do that… I’m starting to get desperate… it’s not like I can pay for fliers cuz I got scammed the night before she disappeared. so the only place I have left to look for her is the web… if someone could please help me submit this story to the news or spread the word out that would be great. Her aunt’s still missing, guys. If anyone has a way to contact the news, or if anyone sees her, try to help please.

Hi everyone, here are a few updates on the progress of CeCe’s case, and how you can support her!
1. Court/legal update
2. Bail money and collateral needed!
3. Upcoming meetings and community events
————————————1. **Court/legal update**
This morning in court, CeCe’s bail was reduced to $75,000 with the following conditions: electronic home monitoring; no contact with witnesses; no drug and alcohol use; and remain law abiding. Her trial date was set for January 9th.2. **Bail money and collateral needed!**
Now that CeCe’s bail has been reduced, we want to move as quickly as possible to get her out of jail! We need to raise $7,500 immediately to cover the costs of her bond. WE ARE ALSO SEEKING COLLATERAL, which is necessary in order to be able to bond her out. Collateral would be a house or other asset of similar value; if you have something like that and you’d consider putting it up to make it possible for CeCe to be out of jail pending trial, please let us know! Contact mpls4cece@gmail.com or call Katie at 612-363-7574. (Funds are also needed for commissary and other related incarceration costs.) Find info about making donations here: http://supportcece.wordpress.com/donate3. **Upcoming meetings and community events**

Reblogging in case anyone missed it.
SUPER important! Help if you can!
If they make you sign ANYTHING if you are arrested make sure to tell them you do so under “duress and coercion” and even initial the form with “V.C. Your Signature” which is latin for Vi Coactus”.
Hopefully you all have internet access so you can see this, as I understand it had been (still is?) shut off as a policing tactic.
All of my love and support to the people who are there.
Worth noting, for this and any similar event.
I was fired today from my job in Yellowstone National Park. I have to be out of the park by tomorrow afternoon at the very latest, which is already a stretch granted to me by some managers who like me. However, I don’t have anywhere to live for the next few weeks until my flight back east. I’m looking at cheap hotels and hostels in the area, but I only have so much money and I don’t know if I’ll be able to get a temporary job to help financially.
So I’m putting out a call on tumblr for help. If anyone lives in Montana near Yellowstone (in Gardiner, West Yellowstone, or Bozeman, hopefully) or knows anyone who lives in that area who is willing to give me a place to stay until October 12th, I would be tremendously grateful. I am not asking for money or financial assistance of any kind, I just need somewhere to live. I can work around the house or cook or watch kids or do pretty much anything else that would help. Or, if anyone could hook me up with some short-term employment, that would be fantastic. Just any kind of help, no matter how small, would be immensely appreciated. Send me a message over tumblr, or email me at infinitejest718ATaimDOTcom. Or, if you can’t do anything, just reblog this so more people get to see it. Thanks, guys.

that is actually a really lovely idea
brief insight into the story for those unaware:
Troy Anthony Davis (born October 9, 1968) is an American death row inmate convicted of the August 19, 1989, murder of Savannah, Georgia, police officer Mark MacPhail. MacPhail was working as a security guard at a Burger King when he intervened to defend a man being assaulted in a nearby parking lot—Davis was convicted as the assailant. During Davis’ 1991 trial, many witnesses testified they had seen Davis shoot MacPhail, and two others testified that Davis confessed to them. Although the murder weapon was not recovered, ballistic evidence presented at trial tied bullets recovered at or near the scene to those at another shooting in which Davis was also charged. Davis was convicted of murder and various lesser charges, including the earlier shooting, and was sentenced to death in August 1991.
Davis has maintained his innocence, and has attracted a number of defenders, who have campaigned on his behalf. Various appeals in state and federal courts followed his conviction. Davis and his lawyers argued that the racial composition of the jury (seven of the twelve were black, as is Davis) and poor advocacy from his lawyers had affected his right to a fair trial. According to the defense, seven of the original nine eyewitnesses who had linked Davis to the killing subsequently signed affidavits changing all or part of their trial testimony. Several stated they had felt pressure by police to implicate Davis. New witnesses implicated Sylvester “Redd” Coles in the crime. The appeals were denied with state and federal courts declaring that Davis had not provided a “substantive claim” of innocence and that the recantations were unpersuasive. In July 2007, September 2008, and October 2008, execution dates were scheduled, but each execution was stayed shortly before it was to take place.
In August 17, 2009, the Supreme Court of the United States, over the dissenting votes of two justices, ordered a federal district court in Georgia to consider whether new evidence “that could not have been obtained at the time of trial clearly establishes [Davis’] innocence”. The evidentiary hearing was held in June 2010, during which affidavits from several prosecution witnesses from the trial changing or recanting their previous testimony were presented; some affiants asserted they had been coerced by police. The State presented witnesses, including the police investigators and original prosecutors, denying any coercion. Other witnesses who had not testified at trial asserted that Coles had confessed to the killing, but this evidence was excluded as hearsay as Coles was not subpoenaed by the defense to rebut it. In an August 2010 decision, the conviction was upheld by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, which described defense efforts to upset the conviction as “largely smoke and mirrors”. Subsequent appeals, including to the Supreme Court, were rejected, and a fourth execution date was set for September 21, 2011. Over 650,000 people signed petitions urging the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles to grant clemency. Following a hearing, the Board denied him clemency, and on September 21, 2011, the Board denied a request to reconsider its decision.
