Hey all, sorry I haven’t been too active as of late. I’m in Wisconsin with little to no internet so I’m gonna be kinda MIA for the next few days. I’ll be back home on Thursday.

Ok! So this was a school assignment.
We pulled 2 words out of a hat and had to make something creative from that. I got “Crawl” and “Mountain”.
I could’ve been boring and drawn something crawling on a mountain, but I thought it could be interesting to try and illustrate a mountain that IS crawling!
So I looked up crawling animals and alligators/crocodiles popped up amongst stuff, and they have a rock-like sort of look to their skin anyway so I thought that’d be a cool idea :3
I used references from both crocodiles and alligators, so it sort of looks an interesting mix of the two. It is a fantasy creature after all!
Done with pencils on some sort of board the teacher gave me o.O
